The Infinium team was excellent every step of the way--from developing/adjusting the proposal, upgrading our electrical box, installing the system, and coordinating with PG&E. I reviewed over 10 different solar installers before settling on Infinium. The level of technical knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness was exceptional and the cost was significantly below the next bid. Our home was built with solar panel mounts and cable routing a few years ago, however we waited until this year to have hardware installed. Every other company wanted to use their own mounts. Only Infinium was flexible enough to use our existing stanchions. When it came to laying out the system, I was extremely impressed with how effortlessly our PM (Dai Danh) was able to instantly picture the design. I have already recommended them to a neighbor, who is also going with Infinium. an A + provider!

Infinium installed battery backup (Tesla PW3) at our home. We were already a happy customer from the last project when they installed solar panels on our ADU. Jeff, was open and accessible, but not pushy, when he explained all aspects of charging, backup, and offset power. The planning, approval, and installation was really smooth - thanks to the project manager Dai. After installation, Soroosh from the support team was super helpful in configuring and testing all different configurations of the system. For example, he guided me to set up a mock outage and test if all the backup circuits have battery power. This is great team to work with.
