Carol was a fantastic solar consultant for our project. She made sure that we knew everything we needed to know about our solar options and consistently answered all of our questions and concerns. We purchased roof 21 panels, upgraded our inverter to accommodate a future battery backup, and replaced our 40 year old electric panel in Feb. 2019. A year later, our “True-Up” with PG&E was $.00. This has allowed us to pursue buying a Plug-In Hybrid Car and we should be able to keep our True-up at $.00!! The installation and loan processes were seamless and worry free. Carol continuously kept in touch before, during and after our project. Michael and I would HIGHLY recommend you consider working with Carol on your Solar Project. She knows her business, she is easy to communicate with, and very patient even when faced with endless questions! I had been approached by door-to-door and phone representatives in the past and always felt just a bit uneasy. From the 1st time we met with Carol, we thought we could trust her, and we were right! Our interest in the possibility of going solar lead us to the YouTube videos by Carol Cole-Lewis. The videos were really informative and inspiring. So we contacted Carol, who is a delight to work with. We talked on the phone, had discussions via zoom and she came over to our house several times. Over a period of time we learned what we needed to know to feel comfortable to buy a solar array system for our house. Carol was with us each step of the way and gradually we felt comfortable in committing ourselves to this process. Her concern about the health of our planet and that each of us has to reduce our carbon footprint is commendable and important. We highly recommend Carol to our friends and neighbors who show interest in going solar. This is very exciting for us, our roof-based solar array with a separate battery was completed July 8, 2021. Installation took only a few days. The installers were great to work with and the whole experience was wonderful.

Carol helped me get a roof solar at our home in 2018. Getting solar could be an overwhelming task as getting a new mortgage for your home. The amount of research, paperwork, inspections etc could be lengthy and discouraging. Carol provided a constant support and engaged with the project in a positive manner that helped this process along and made it as painless as possible. She was always available and I enjoyed her clear communication skills. The fact that she was not representing a specific solar company, gave her credibility. The truth is, I would not have solar on our home today without Carol's help. I have since recommended her to number of friends.

I soooo appreciate Carol's willingness to patiently answer all my questions about Solar, the cost benefits, how the details work for the installation process, rates with my utility company and to get me answers when she doesn't know the immediate answer. Our solar installation hasn't gone perfectly, but she has been very responsive and has gotten me answers that leads to action. Carol shows a willingness to listen and make improvements to her customer service process - and make suggestions for Powr to improve theirs. I'm really glad we sat down with Carol. She's straightforward and honest about what you can expect. She's also very knowledgeable in her field and the company she works with does really first class installation work. Since we installed our solar panels (at no cost to us), we haven't had to pay PGE a penny and our monthly loan payment is $35 dollars lower than what we previously paid on average to PGE each month. I like that we're doing something good for the environment and it's saving us money. And hey, news flash: we're saving $35 a month now. How much do you think we'll be saving over PGE about 10 years from now? Our loan payments are not going to increase but PGE rates certainly will.
