We cannot recommend The Yeti Company enough.

On one of the hottest days of the year our AC decides to stop cooling!

We requested a service through our home warranty and The Yeti Company was assigned to our case.

What a great blessing that was!

The very next morning, I received a call from Brandon of The Yeti Company to schedule an appointment for that same morning. Wow!

So Brandon arrived on time and got right back to work. He quickly identified and diagnosed the issue which he resolved the same day. Did I mention it was like 102 degrees at this time?

He replaced the disconnect box, fuse and even caulked around the new box.

Brandon was very communicative, personable and professional.

Definitely would recommend them and actually already have!

I don't know how this company could maintain a high customer review a my experience with Brandon revealed a very unethical approach to business. When called out to a rental I own he proceeded to perform services that were not authorized and then sent me a bill even though he admitted he didn't call for authorization. I follow a simple business rule he who is faithful with little will be faithful with much and he clearly assumes he will take the much and then figure out how to negotiate later. When questioned On his ethics he simply hung up on me to not to have to listen to the facts

Brandon came out on a service call through my home warranty to get my large home ac unit running. Typically my home warranty sends bottom barrel types. Not this time! Brandon was prompt and courteous on the hottest day of the year so far. (we only called our warranty yesterday!) He let me watch him work so I could learn to troubleshoot it myself, and even did a walk through and advised me on tips to get my system to work more efficiently at no cost. Regardless of warranty or not, I’ll be calling Yeti directly for any HVAC needs in the future. I am very pleased with the service we got.

Very pleasant to speak with over the phone. I wanted a routine check on our AC unit. They set me up with an appointment right away. My husband was there when they arrived, and he had nothing but good things to say about the visit. We would recommend The YETI Company and definitely be using them in the future.

this company is amazing and wonderful , I called my home warranty co and needed someone to come fix my ac unit in my home not only were they quick but very professional as well and very nice guys. I am so very happy I can now go pick up my children and have them home with me . I had to send them away because it was way to hot in my home . hopefully this don't happen again but if it does I KNOW WHO IM CALLING!!!!also not to mention I am going to be getting all my tune ups and inspections from this company THANK YOU YETI COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR HELP .

Yeti Company did a remodel on one of my homes. Brandon, owner of company started remodel on time and finished on time. The room addition turned out very nice and all of the work was done right. I highly recommend Yeti Company for any construction work on your home.
