We had an incredible experience working with Graham and the entire ISP team. Graham is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly goes the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly. He worked with me through multiple design iterations to make sure we found the best fit for my family’s needs and budget. Going solar was a big and somewhat scary decision for us but I appreciate how patient and understanding Graham and the project management team were.

I was also very impressed by how organized and respectful of my property the install team was. They were very friendly, showed up on time, and took extra measures to ensure my home was protected during the install. It was overall a wonderful experience!

The install team was phenomenal. They were very attentive to detail, and made sure that I was happy with each decision that was made regarding equipment placement etc. They were quick and efficient and did great work. Armando was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the sales and permitting processes, and also checked in after my system was installed to ensure everything was working well. On install day, ISP's crew got the job done despite the 90+ degree July heat. Impressive! I cannot recommend ISP enough to anyone who is considering adding solar to their home.

We met Todd at a Home Show in Hartford in 2022. He created a great presentation for solar but at the time it didn't fit within our budget. In 2024 we reached back out to Todd. He remembered us! The presentation regarding solar and its benefits were clear without the feeling of being "convinced" it was a good investment with their company. When we had additional questions, he answered directly, no fluff. Once we contracted to get the work done, Todd ensured we knew what to expect at every step. When there were hiccups (as can happen with any major project), he ensured things were cleared up. The install team TOP NOTCH! They were engaged, explained things to my husband, and cleaned up after installation. After install and inspection, Todd reached out to check in with how we were feeling about the process. From the beginning Owen was an outstanding, real, and relatable salesman. He was up front and honest every step of the way. Along with being very knowledgeable and passionate about what he’s selling, every time I had a question along the way whether prior to installation, during, or after, Owen knew the answer or found the answer from someone who did. That someone was Joe in the office. Joe reached out numerous times within minutes of me asking Owen a question if Owen couldn’t answer the question himself. A lot of homeowners, myself included, don’t know what we don’t know. Solar energy being just one example. Even as adults it feels reassuring when a company cares enough to “hold your hand” every step of the way which is very helpful and comforting when investing a lot of money in a solar powered energy system.
