I am so happy that I did the BeBalanced program with Sophia. I was able to balance my hormones and lose weight. My energy levels are much better. My attitude is better as well. Even though I have toyed with eating other items, I can tell that certain foods affect me in a different way so then I return to my BeBalanced training. I’m also happy that I can stop in or text my consultant at anytime to get some encouragement or get more supplements.

I have been thoroughly pleased with this program!! Yes, I put in the work, but the staff are great and very supportive throughout the process. I have lost 16 pounds total as of today and am still working to lose about 5 more. Whenever a question arises, I would call or text and the Be Balanced team was quick to respond or get me the help I needed. I have MS and deal with medication that causes weight gain. I also HATE working out but am a first-grade teacher and am VERY active. I can easily transition to the maintenance phase and see myself being successful with this lifestyle of healthy living - eating better and getting more active. I started the program in the Fall of 2023 and found it to be easy to follow. I lost 20 pounds over a 2-month period which was great! I noticed how much lighter I felt walking up the stairs, how my clothes were becoming looser, how my blood sugar readings improved, and how my “menopause belly” was shrinking.

Unfortunately the holidays came and I allowed myself a cookie here, a piece of pie there, and before I knew it my sugar addiction reared its ugly head! Now three months later I’m back on the program and am really looking forward to looking and feeling better! I know I can achieve both with Be Balanced!

The folks at BeBalanced have been very supportive and are there for ya. Finally found a non medical holistic approach to resetting my brain & body. Coach Chris is a friend now. Shanna is my go to gal … you can talk to her about anything. All of the staff is kind & very knowledgeable. They all live it & that’s super important to me. I’ve lost 33lbs in 3 mos.
