Safeco threatened to cancel our fire insurance policy unless we had a licensed roofing company remove the algae from our cement tile roof. Tried 2 other companies that said they would help but never called back with an estimate. Axiom 360 came right away, took pictures showing us the algae on our roof, then gave an estimate the next day and DID THE WORK in just a few days. They gave us before and after photos in a nice report for the insurance company. Axiom 360 was responsive, efficient, and did everything we needed! Friendly nice people too! I will use them again any time I need a roof inspection or anything done on my roof, including solar or roof repair!

I would like to start by acknowledging that everyone I interacted with was friendly and respectful. However, the overall experience was hindered by poor communication regarding scheduling and overall process. The staff did not arrive at the agreed-upon time, and the initial inspection was ultimately canceled because I was unable to provide proof of loan approval.

At no point prior to the inspection was I informed that this documentation was required, (I was informed 2 hours after the staff were a no show) nor was I provided with a quote to determine the amount I should apply for. Initially, I was told that financing would be discussed during a follow-up meeting after the inspection results were reviewed. However, on the day of the scheduled inspection, I was informed that the company would not proceed until I could prove my ability to secure financing. (I.e. We aren’t going to waste our resources doing an inspection for a project we don’t know you can afford…)

I have the means to pay, but due to these miscommunications and scheduling issues, I have chosen to work with a different company. I had planned my week around the inspection and follow-up meeting, and this lack of organization has made me hesitant to commit to a company that does not demonstrate consideration for my time and resources.
My experience differed greatly from those experienced by others leaving 5 star reviews. I wonder why I was treated differently.

The project went better than any project we've had done on our house. The men showed up promptly and worked very hard with only a short lunch break. They fixed little issues we noticed before we had a chance to mention them. Each day our property was left spotless. I was so surprised to see that they painted the breather pipes on the roof and the big electrical stand brown to match the roof! They also cleaned our skylights and roof windows that seldom get cleaned.
We really appreciate their hard and meticulous work.
