Professional and innovative, Sy really went above and beyond in effectively replacing, programming, and updating our multi- decade-old heater (and by extension A/C) after the system finally expired.

Sy originally worked on one of my rental units when my tenant did not have A/C in the middle of the summer. He was able to quickly resolve the issue. When I was having heating issues at my own home, a different technician was originally dispatched to my house to fix it (through the home warranty company). They were unable to resolve it. If you're considering a service provider, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere based on my experience. I would give them zero stars if that were an option. The technician who came to my home provided a diagnosis but failed to explain how to resolve the issue during the initial visit. When I reached out for clarification and guidance on fixing my equipment, he asked for details about my house and promised to look into the costs.

Despite my efforts to follow up—four calls and multiple text messages—he never responded. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. If you value reliable service and effective follow-through, choose a company that prioritizes customer care. Don't waste your time with a contractor that leaves you in the dark.

Sy with Granite Bay Heating & Air was great! Our AC went out in the middle of a big heat wave. I made several calls to larger companies, but no one could see us for multiple days. On an 108 degree day, with an 111 degree day to follow, this obviously was not ideal.

I’m so glad I came across this smaller local company. Sy answered his phone on the way to another job and took the time to pull over help me troubleshoot the issue. After confirming the issue needed professional attention, he assured me he would make it a priority to get here same day.
He arrived that evening, even sooner than expected, and had it up and running in no time.

Sy is a kind and pleasant guy with great customer care. We invited him back for full cleaning and regular service, and are happy to have found a local company for our AC needs. I highly recommend him for any of yours!
