When I started my trash service with WM they were very fast and prompt. They got me all set up and had my trash barrel delivered right away. Never had a problem yet with WM..Thank for your service

I signed up for two trash cans when moving into my new home, it’s been this way with no issues for a year now. I called customer service today for the fact that one of the WM team left behind a large amount of garbage on the ground. Instead they accused me of lying about having rented 2 cans (how would you explain the two new cans that I have now), and not closing the lids on my cans. I have no idea who taught these employees, but they need to go back to school. I have pictures of the garbage left behind and the second dumpster can was never emptied. Freakin absolutely unbelievable!!

They charge for services you have to argue to get… they hardly pick up my trash when they are supposed to and when they don’t come at all I have to call them just for them to tell me that they are sending a truck out the next day and then once again they NEVER COME!! way to many time I’ve been left with a trash pile at my house of multiple weeks of trash with broken promises of someone coming to pick it up.. All they do is take not even 3$ off your bill to “make up for it”
