Eco source is part of a Chinese owned Eco worthy. The Chinese headquarters refuses to warranty a product. Eco Source says the have no ability to rectify the situation. I say they do. They are a call and return center. They could send me a returned unit or refund the purchase and bill it to headquarters or threaten to withhold returned products until this is rectified.

Saying there is nothing that can be done because headquarters is in China isn't the best look. It's an excuse.

Furthermore they rarely answer the phone. Never followup when they say they are.

Thier parent company Eco-worthy refuses to warranty a product, won't answer emails unless you make a new email account. They delete bad reviews and block the truth when posted on facebook.
