Because of the hasty installation, the system now breaks down frequently. Inefficiency resulted from improperly positioned panels. Issues cannot be resolved because customer service is unresponsive. I regret spending so much money on solar from this company.

Clean Initiative! Has some of the worst customer service!! I’ve lost several days of pay cause waiting for a tech to show up and no one shows up. in last several months been trying to get my system worked on by needing to update are antenna cause are Solar Edge app will not communicate with our system I’ve called Kyle and doesn’t get back or a text back with up dates so I don’t know when are system Will get worked on cause I can’t keep taking time off hoping somebody’s gonna show up and they never do!!! Worst Customer Service Ever!

Clean initiative provided some of the best customer service I have witnessed regarding solar, Andrew Rodriguez was very down to earth, honest, and very knowledgeable in his field. He explained everything thoroughly. They didn’t seem even the slightest upset with the million and one questions. We asked him answered everything remain very professional. I look forward to our installation. Our site assessment was done today our roof past excited to going solar.!! One of the best highly recommend this company, very professional!

They are great at getting your business and initially installing the panels, but customer service and follow up is terrible! Within the last six months my Edison bill has gone through the roof! The panels are producing minimal energy, way below what should be produced costing me thousands over the months. When I reported this to Clean Initiatives, after several calls, I finally got a return text requesting my last 3 months Edison bill. They said they’d get back to me, but I haven’t heard back from them in over a month. I’ve been calling, texting and emailing since, but no response! I even visited their offices in Pasadena, CLOSED! Next step is reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and telling everyone I know about my experience!

Wow!! Just wow!! One of the best experiences ever!! Andrew Rodriguez was so polite as he introduced himself. Explained the different Programs his company was offering. I must admit, I was a little skeptical at first, but after asking a few questions and allowing him to walk through his presentation with me. I was sold! Not technically, because I went with the fully funded program, but nevertheless, I was sold. I’ve heard in the past about solar programs, putting a lien on your home, so I was skeptical about that. Andrew did insure me with that that was may be a thing of the past with other solar companies , but insured me it wasn’t what clean initiative was about even went as far as calling Pablo, his CEO which I thought was amazing, took the time out of his day to talk to simple old me. He could’ve handled that I’m off to Waze. I admire his integrity and honesty. I’d have to admit I will gladly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone interested in gaining knowledge in solar! He said I find out tomorrow if I am eligible for the program. Fingers crossed.! Can’t wait!!🙌🏽🙌🏽🥹

I want to give a big thank you to Andrew Rodriguez, for a very well informed demonstration and walk through. This brother was one of the first good experiences I had in solar. He was able to answer all my questions it was very professional. The overall company seems to carry a lot of integrity and I look forward to contracting with them. Fingers crossed that we qualify Andrew just left with my info for my custom profile. I got a quoted estimate for a new monthly of $77. Hope I qualify I could sure use the savings.

I want to just shot out the marketing rep for clean initiative. His name is Andrew Rodriguez. He was super Duper helpful, he came off very polite and super informative, very knowledgeable and super kind! I’ve had such negative experiences with previous solar companies. I had completely lost my interest in further, looking into solar until today have not figured out if we qualify or not, but by far the best experience to date. I hope he qualifies is me and my mom could use this break!! Thank you again! Look forward to hearing from you!
