I just wanted to say thank you to Switch Solution, spoke to Sasha about 20min ago.
So basically I reached out asking if they work with Sunnova and just to consult because I have been having issues with my Solar for the past 4months and I haven't been able to get an honest response from my Solar provider (Sunnova). Anyways I reached out to Switch Solutions and just like that Sasha was able to provide an honest response, provided solar education and great information on how Solar production works.

This is how I would expect Sunnova to respond and treat their customers, to make them feel valued and just to be able to provide helpful information.

I'm actually not even a customer of Switch Solutions but he was able to shed some light with my worries regarding my systems productions.
So I wanna say.... this is what true customer service is. Making you feel valuable whether you are a customer or not because I truly believe that even a little information could have a huge impact on someone who is going through tough times with Solar energy system.

Proceed with caution. Sasha has failed to fulfill his contractual obligation for a rebate payment following solar project completion. Payment was contractually agreed to be fulfilled within 14 days of project completion, and payment is over 50 days late as of the date of this review. Meanwhile, Sasha boasts company growth on LinkedIn and plays influencer on Social Media.

This company was amazing! They were a group of solid professionals who really take care of their customers. I was able to get my roof redone before my solar and they somehow got me a tax credit on both! Super excited! Way cheaper than paying my current utility provider, literally a fraction of the cost.
