Called corporate contact number today to take care of an unexpected statement we received. Talked with Samantha in a TN office. She was SO sweet, friendly, and helpful …. amazing … nowadays ‼️ Most companies can’t even be reached in person. And are rarely friendly and barely helpful, if at all!!!! We have been UPG customers for several years … and have ALWAYS received good customer service!! Today was no exception, in fact it was great! Samantha is an asset to us as customers… and definitely to UPG/Tombigee Propane, too‼️ Many sincere thanks to every individual who has a part in keeping our home warm and cozy in cold months, and our stoves and ovens cooking all year‼️‼️ Again special thanks to Samantha today, and the whole UPG team throughout the year!

My husband and I have been using them for years ! Debbie has always taken care of us and been so kind. All of the drivers that come to our house are so respectful and nice. Love using them ?

This company is extremely unprofessional! The ONLY reason that I’m giving one star on this review is because I’m required to! They respond to customers at their own convenience. I excused them. Fine. However, today while visiting the site in reference to a recent order approximately at 1:00 p.m. The receptionist returned from lunch & would not open the door for my mother and I. She saw my vehicle when she returned. We saw her enter the building. Around 1:06 we exited our vehicles to go inside. She sat at the desk proceeding to finish her lunch as if we were not there. I knocked several times and she later sent another male to the door to say that they are not open. The sign says that lunch is over at 1 p.m. They do not close until 4:30 p.m. She could have simply did the exact task that she sent him to do. A complaint has been filed and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone purchase propane there again!

Goodness, I have been requesting gas for my home from this company for three weeks and they have not responded or returned any of our calls about the expected delivery date. I use propane gas to heat my home and live with someone over the age of 85; the temperatures are dropping and we really need this service. In rural Alabama, there are so few residential propane gas options. I have been using this company for 3-4 years and never had this level of bad service.

In general, the customer service is C-/D+. I am writing here to let others know about my experience with Tom Bigbee Propane. I am not sure if the company cares about customer reviews.

Horrible horrible! Do not attempt to purchase from this co! Ordered gas two weeks ago and was charged for it but still have not recieved my gas. Left multiple messages and numerous phone calls with no response but they have my money so they are in no hurry to get me my gas. I have never had this prob in the past until they got bought out and I would advise to buy from another company even if its 200 more.
