My personal experience of the interview process was very traumatizing. I had never been so disappointed in my life about an interview especially knowing that I deserved the position. I had applied for the field engineer position in which I had been doing for the last two years with their competitor company. So not only did I know I was well qualified for the position, every person I talked to besides the Project Engineer, Chris Ruiz, said that I was the perfect candidate. During my interview with Chris, Chris decided to ask me about the name of the manufacturing company that my previous employer used to procure their equipment. Initially, I instantly got a weird feeling and did not feel comfortable sharing information like that because I did not know whether it was appropriate or not to share information like that between two competing companies. So I told him I forgot because it was 2 years ago, which happened to have been true anyway because I could not remember them from 2 year ago. Ultimately, Chris persuaded the staff that I was not a good fit because I could not remember the companies. An interview is suppose to be about the skills I possess, how I can bring value to the company and my work ethics to succeed in completing my job’s duties, not about what I can’t remember. The job description didn’t say anything about having good memory about where your previous company procured their equipment from so you can add them to your list of options for your projects. I honestly believe that for the first time in my life I encountered being discriminated against because the reason for not offering me that position had nothing to do with my skills and ability to do the job. I had great compliments from the recruiter and the Project Executive, Ronald Braswell and I had great referrals. Then when I reported my experience to the company, I received a call from Linda, who said she was one of the partners of the company. I explained my whole experience to her and she said she would talk with my interviewers and see what was going on. I waited a week and then called her and left a voicemail and still have heard nothing since.

Worst company I ever dealt with, they don’t care about others.

Never ever take loads to any of their sites.
They’re dishonest and disrespectful to the other company owners.

they don’t deserve even 1 star.

The truck with the Georgia plates
Ending in 8870 on November 27th 2023 at 9:40am driving down the 15 is such a reckless driver representing the company. Swerving, tailgating, and cutting off multiple cars constantly switching lanes. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
