I had an issue with a different installer, who put my array back up after a new roof install "wasn't familiar" with my system. Ben came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. Ordered a part and had me back up and running within a couple days. He kept me informed on a timeline for the part arrival and on each trip (initial and part install) was extremely professional and punctual. Ben let me know within a 10 minute arrival, not a half day like other places. I couldn't say anything about how to improve. Ben was fantastic at the diagnosis and repair, again professional and punctual! I'll be calling IM Sustainable for any future opportunities on my 10 year old system. Thanks Ben!
