I have to say I had a great experience with Mark from Gulf Coast heating and air. I updated two thermostats in my house both sharing the same unit on a reverse system. I did not properly configure the upstairs thermostat. This caused heat to come out when the AC unit ran. I called for support and instead of having someone come out and a service charge, Mark supported me via the phone. I knew this would be a quick fix and they could have come out and charged me but instead they helped me via the phone. For that kind of support I will always use Gulf Coast Heating and Air.

Extremely disappointed with this company and the owner, Chris, who is belligerent and rude...to put it kindly. I hired this company to replace a heating/ac unit due to a small leak and the age of the original unit. After replacement, the leak got MUCH worse and caused significant damage to the first floor ceiling of my home. I contacted them immediately with pictures of the damage included. They sent someone out to fix the leak and said they would get back to me about the damage repair. I have contacted them several times with no response. Chris spoke to me as if I was a misbehaving child and the leak was my fault,, to the point his wife offered an apology for his behavior and words. I have his belligerent rudeness documented in text messages and I am now disputing the charges. I have hired an attorney who is blown away by the Chris' text messages, his behavior and lack of response to the damages. He is quite confident in my case against this company, which should tell you something! I would NEVER recommend Chris and his company to anyone. The way he treats people, including his own wife, is disgusting. He actually told me he was going to fire his wife for initially agreeing to a payment plan. I paid in full to spare her his rage...absolutely the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever met. I continue to pray for his wife after hearing the way he talks to her and about her in front of his own customers and staff!!
