We called Richard after our heat pump went out. The technician came out and examined our unit and determined it would be beneficial to replace it. We agreed and a team installed our new heat pump, they also checked our ductwork at our request and discovered some of our ducts weren't even connected to the vents. Everything was fixed and installed in a few hours and we are very happy with the outcome. Thank you Richard Electric.

I delivered a load to this location on 4/18/24 and I just want to give kevin some recognition. He was the one who unloaded my truck and he was amazing. Super friendly , kind and very helpful. I wouldn't mind delivering to this location again. The entire staff was actually quite friendly and helpful thank you all so much!!

I have had no problem at all with this company. The office personnel are great! very helpful and friendly, I really appreciate them letting me know what service guy is coming, The service guys are so nice and always on time and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their workers are well trained and trustworthy, And a big plus is that they are a locally home owned business that we know will be here when we need them. You take for granted your cares until something changes and you need help asap. Home owned local businesses seem to always go the extra ten miles and do everything they are able, to help.
