It is with great pleasure that I write this review for reliable energy. on September 18, 2024, I had the opportunity to interact with one of their outstanding employees, Carlos Renteria. He arrived at our home on time and conducted an excellent assessment. However, what truly stood out was his thoughtfulness and professionalism. Carlos was mindful of my children, introduced himself warmly, and maintained a positive attitude throughout his visit.

He went above and beyond, completing his work with a smile, which is rare and appreciated. Well, I don't have many people come to work on my home, I always take the time to acknowledge those who treat it with the same care as if it were their own-and Carlos did just that. He was polite, respectful, and took the time to explain everything in detail. His dedication and genuine heart shown through his work, and it was truly phenomenal to have such an individual evaluating our home.

I would gladly welcome him back anytime. Reliable energy has been the most respectful and amazing company that I have come across.

I want to take a moment today to recognize some extraordinary individuals who recently came into my home and executed their work flawlessly. They approached their job with professionalism, a positive attitude, and an uplifting spirit. Their smiles, detailed explanations, and dedication left me truly speechless.

No matter when they arrive or what they may be facing in their personal lives, they never let it impact their work. Instead, they bring warmth, joy, and genuine care, making them feel like family. My family and I are incredibly honored to have Reliable Energy providing such exceptional service for our home.

Some of the guys they sent out are not so competent or skilled. The receptionist girl (Guadalupe scheduling for the AC installation appointment) is rude. They are not organized. I waited an entire day on the appointment date and no one called me to inform me that the technician could not come. The washer and the dryer brand/model they give do not work well. I don't know how they have 5 stars?!

This is the 3rd company they assigned my contract to and finally, the work is getting done! Everyone so far has been professional and helpful. It has taken 2 years to get to this point and I really appreciate the efficient manner in which this company operates. Thank you everyone for finally getting all the work done!

I wanted to let you know one of your service providers, car #18, is a reckless driver. This morning he almost hit my car 3 separate times. He came up on a slower driver in his lane and just came over into my lane without looking. I was next to him and I had to swerve while honking my horn. He swerved back into his lane then back into my lane almost hitting me again. But instead of going back into his lane, he decided to double down and drive down the middle of the 2 lanes. To speed around the person in his lane. Again, he almost hit my car AND the car that he was trying to pass. The road wasnt very large and both of us were driving on our respective medians to not get hit. This is the car I was able to get this pic at the stoplight

Jorge Gaytan did a great job doing an inspection on our cooling and heating system while also installing a google nest and carbon-monoxide detectors. Very happy and satisfied with his service

Jorge gastan arrived exactly on time. He was very cordial, explain everything that was going to be done.
Asked if I had any questions before he got started.
He was very Professional and considerate of the surrounding areas not to damage anything.
When finished he made sure I was satisfied with the end result. I was very satisfied With the work.
