I had a major issue with my Generac whole home generator after attempting to do the annual maintenance myself. I had overfilled it with too much oil. We had appointment with Precision Electric to replace our main fuse box outside. They coordinated with PG and E, and County Dept. for approval. Easy, no worries experience… We had the awesome electrician, Josh here, again (and his capable co-worker) so we expected excellent, competent service and we got it! They went above and beyond making sure we had ducks in a row for the county approval process for the day of. Another happy customer, another happy transaction…

I had Precision Electric install my Tesla EV charger in my garage. They told me it would take 2 hours and it took 2 hours 45 minutes. I ended up getting charged extra for time and parts. It cost $825. The last time I had a Tesla charger installed by a different company it only cost $500. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. I felt price gouged but the guy Josh was nice and waited for my phone to connect with my charger before heading to his next job.
