I have been visiting internal wisdom for 3 months now. I can not put in to words how wonderful the staff is in supporting me on my health journey. They are the best! If you are feeling tired, sluggish, have hormone issues or want better quality of life, go in for a visit and see what will work best for you. You will be greeted with kindness and knowledge. Internal Wisdom provides a lovely atmosphere with friendly and caring people. I purchased the colonic program and have never had better. Both Rachael and Mina are very active in the process--providing massage that greatly increases the results. In my last visit Mina was especially vigorous and caring because I admitted that I had eaten beef twice in two days and she was determined to help me "get rid" of the bad effects. Wow! Thanks so much.

The staff at internal wisdom carry such incredible healing energy. Never have I been to a wellness facility with such warm, intuitive, compassionate, and patient staff. Racheal, Mina, and Sara are truly healers and beautiful in the way they execute their craft. Ben is incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to interact with. I felt so comfortable there, which hasn’t been my experience at any doctor’s office in my adult life.

I had two colonics, with Mina and Racheal, and both were incredibly healing, spiritually awakening, and energetically (and physically) cleansing. I learned so much during my consultation with Racheal, and was captivated by the attention and care with which it was conducted.
