My wife and I are new arrivals to El Dorado Hills moving from San Jose in early summer of 2024. One of the first things we noticed in our EDH home was the price of energy! We knew we wanted solar because we previously had solar in SJ. We did as advised and after doing some research, we interviewed four different companies... we chose Senga Energy.
Senga was honest about its pricing, kept us consistently informed as the solar purchase and install was taking place. The install went smoothly as well as all of the inspections and the final license to operate under PG&E. The install crew was great and the installation was very clean, easily passing our HOA review. We included a Tesla battery back-up system which should help our electricity bills and power our house in case of a black out.
I would not hesitate in referring Senga Energy to our family and friends.I can't emphasize enough what a great experience we had!

Congratulations, you've bought a house with solar... that's how our story starts. We've been in our home now about 4 years and after the 2nd year, our solar tru up was increasing significantly while our habits stayed the same. My first encounter with Anthony was as he was coming through the neighborhood helping residents check to see if their solar was working properly. Sure enough, we had a glitch and he helped us catch it, and get it fixed! Jump forward to 2024, and we are getting knocks on the door by multiple solar companies. We started with a different company, but then low and behold who knocks on our door again, but Anthony. We start talking about our tru up and what the other company was about to set us up with, and turns out they had given us a higher rate and shorted us on needed panels. Once again, Anthony rescued us from a potentially expensive project. As we spoke, it was clear to see how passionate he is about his clients and how much he loves the people he works for. In this day and age, that means a lot to me. Anthony knows and takes pride in his jobs and genuinely cares for his clients. Senga is lucky to have him. Senga themselves was phenomenal. They pulled permits and completed the job quickly. They have stayed in communication with me every step of the way and they live up to their better business bureau reviews. You are in good hands with Senga.

Our solar experience with Senga was outstanding. We did experience a small glitch at the beginning and they sent out the engineer to resolve the minor issue. The sales experience was very favorable too! I would highly recommend SENGA SOLAR if you’re tired of paying astronomical PG&E prices. Life is great being able to run the air conditioner.

I want to recommend Senga Energy to folks who are interested in purchasing solar from a top-notch solar company. We were in the process of adding additional panels to our existing solar panel network. because the previous company did not put up enough panels to cover our energy needs practically from the beginning. From our first contact with the company, I found Shane Arslan to be friendly, respectful, easy to talk to, professional, and knowledgeable about the solar industry and the financial end of it. He was able to explain everything in easy-to-understand terms and answered all of our questions. We had already contracted with a different solar company where we applied to PG&E for NEM2 pricing when we met Shane, but we were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, plus what his company could offer us that we decided to go with Senga. We signed the contract with Senga and were all set to purchase a battery and fewer panels than the previous company recommended when we learned that our approval from PG&E for NEM 2 pricing was still in effect. So, with Shane’s careful guidance and recommendation, we deleted the battery we were going to purchase through Senga because we wouldn’t need it after all and we figured it would save us money off the equipment we would be leasing from Senga even though we were adding additional panels which was a requirement from PG&E to keep the NEM2.

His team of experts who installed the equipment were stellar. Everyone from the electricians, panel installers, etc. were proficient at their jobs. We had complete confidence in their work. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and good communicators with us which my husband appreciated. Since my husband is in the construction industry, he oversaw the work and had high praises all around. I would say Senga has high standards and hires the best most competent installation professionals we have encountered.

The inspection from the County’s Building Inspector went smoothly and the Senga electrician who was here for the inspection and it passed with flying colors.

Nathan from SENGA Energy LLC has shown considerable skills in his duties as an Inside Sales Manager. He has been very professional and courteous towards helping me and my family be energy efficient. His willingness to make the extra effort to assist in any way possible should earn him recognition for his outstanding customer service.

He has demonstrated that he is highly capable and motivated employee who brings excellent customer service. I talked to several solar companies before Senga, but I have never experienced the level of professionalism from any other company like I have from Nathan Riddell. He has great communication skills and was always attentive towards finding solutions on my Solar and roof installation.
