They are worst! Absolutely unacceptable in service and time management

My experience with a request for service was excellent. The technician arrived a few minutes before the appointment I'd made, he was extremely nice, very careful to make certain his equipment (ladders, tools) did not cause any damage to my office or furniture, and fixed the problem with my heater quickly - and thoroughly. I'd be happy to have him help me with any service problems in the future. The appointment process might be improved; but once made, the work was done the right way. Customer service at its best!

I called to have my service restored at 5:40 PM on a Wednesday afternoon after my repairs were made. It is now after 11PM and still no one has showed up. Each time I call they say someone is coming. They said the order was dispatched 4 HOURS AGO! I need to shower and go yo work tomorrow. I haven't been able to cook dinner. I'm an amputee and this is completly unacceptable.

Not having gotten my bills mailed, somewhat akin to my shooting myself in my own guilt-ridden, clumsy foot, I lost all further contact with that total known as the total Past due balanceother up a high total. The service person was very nice, giving me a three payment pay plan, saving myself from $600 of an unwanted shock of red ink. Bravo, Sir

The company they hired to do the meter installation in our mobile home park, Beyond The Meter, apparently do not require their employees to wear masks even tho they had to come into our home. SoCal wore theirs at all times and didn't have to enter. Maybe SoCal should require more of their subs. I work at a hospital. Hope I didn't give them anything. Hope they didn't bring anything in to me.

Superb customer service by a technician that came to turn my gas on after some workers left it off, he came around 7pm...checked every appliance, fireplace, etc...he was very friendly and informative.
