Terrace water company is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They're very rude they don't return phone calls Carolyn office won't talk to me. Any and every time I go to the office it's closed what's up with that? My bills go low high low high I believe Carroll makes up her own charges. I live alone and all my neighbors of families from 5 to 10 people bills are always lower than mine. Anyway I've called the president she called me a liar and hung up on me as well. I've tried to locate city hall send messages to water people higher up and I still haven't heard anything from anyone. So if I have water issues what do I do? I hate terrace water company.

first of all someone needs to fire everyone who works there,they are meth drug abusers, i want to go to news paper, if they dont get in there and test these people running terrace water co. there is a man named scott mcgrand in his 50's, with girlfriend named amanda sims age 24, they have a baby girl. now they live in a trailer behind toby's boyfriends house,scott works for toby, and he is on heroin and his girlfriend is on meth. they are always yelling,throwing objects at one another, they leave baby by her self, not very long,just enough time to run to store and back. they hit one another, baby is always crying. scott has a stolen dump trailer he uses ,he is planning on moving to texas soon with stolen dump trailer. also my son worked for scott mcgrand at terrace water co,he did not like it there because he said scott was always smoking drugs on the job,scott held back one week and three days pay from my son who is a very hard worker putting in meters digging every hole with a shovle all day till dark and does not get paid. i give terrace water co a very very poor reveiw,im sure the people living around terrace co know just what im talking about, im contacting cps, and media and colton newspaper, on mr scott mcgrand if my son is not paid what is owed to him.by 4/16/2013.amount is $900 dollars. it may not mean much to terrace water co, but it does to my son who eared every penny of it. and these days people need there money,times are hard, again very poor buisness

I don't know what's going on but I didn't get a bill for 4 months every month I called to pay or to ask about my bill they just kept saying you'll get one next month just wait til you get one and then all of a sudden I get a 234 bill and I go to pay it and nothing... office not open at 1pm wait for an hour along with others until I gave up not phone answer nothing.... getting to be very irritating dealing with Terrace water...

Worst service and looks like its ran by people who don't know what to do. They make it so obvious when you ask a question they can never answer it and say something like "oh, that person isn't here today to answer that question". Terrible responses from people
