HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I was at Sam's Club and they had Ready Refresh people there having people sign up. The lady that convinced me to sign up said it was going to take 5 minutes to do. Well, 5 minutes turned into 45 minutes, and she did not know what she was doing. She had to keep calling for help. We were told we were going to get a $30 gift card. I canceled my service once they kept taking money out of my account, and I told them I wanted the gift card that we were supposed to get. Well, that never happened. Customer service kept giving me the wrong information every time I called. I finally got ahold of a supervisor, and she said that I would be getting the gift card. Well, it's been over 3 weeks, and I still have not received anything. (I signed up with them back in August and canceled in September. I was told it would take 8 weeks to get the gift card. We are now in the middle of November.) I highly recommend people not use this water company. If I ever go back to the Sam's Club where I went and see the lady there trying to sign people up, I will be telling people not to waste their time and breath!!!!

Ian from the Southern California office is the absolute best customer service rep I have spoken to on the phone in years. He completely fixed all of my problems. He was very attentive and definitely made me feel good about spending my money and enjoying the products of ready. refresh I wish more people were like him. He is completely amazing. We have used this service for 2 years. The drivers are all great. Follow delivery instructions. We have mostly had contact with Bill!
The customer service is improving compared to a year ago. We would recommend the service. Hopefully the office customer service will continually improve. Winchester CA.

Great service- our driver Danny is the best he always comes into our office with a smile on his face and does an amazing job. He makes sure we are well hydrated and stocked up on our water! Did I mention he is a very respectful gentleman- he comes in quietly and does not disrupt our office. I could say a million great things about Danny but I’m sure his company is aware of his dedication and hard work.

I am very particular about my orders/deliveries and always give specific instructions. My driver not only has never skipped a beat in following my instructions but does a great job at anticipating my upcoming needs (due to change of weather). Always has a smile and swift, positive and professional. Most importantly always is conscientious about my neighbors when parking to make my delivery. If I’m not home, he is thoughtful in the placement of my order (depending on weather) so my water isn’t in the direct sunlight or in the direct rain. He’s the only reason I have an account and continue my service with Ready Fresh. Eddie.U, in my opinion is an asset to your company.
