Cinnamon Energy installed a heat pump HVAC in my home to replace my 25+ year old heat only natural gas furnace. I now have a ducted system (all ancient ductwork was replaced) plus a minisplit in my master bedroom. I called Cinnamon because I had a 15 year old solar system, and other HVAC companies didnt seem to know much about solar. On the other hand, Cinnamon had more reviews and references as a solar company than as an HVAC company. But Cinnamon seems to be ramping up its HVAC business, and the HVAC salesrep / designer / lead Daniel outhustled and outworked the other companies I interviewed for bids. He spent far more time in my home asking and answering questions than other visitors. I believe I have a more custom and thoughtful system at a competitive price. It is working well after 2 months, and Cinnamon has stayed with me through the (successful) permitting process. My lead installer was Jose, who was professional and did a high quality job.

Jessica Stephenson reviewed our energy consumption and home energy needs, surveyed our roof and surrounding area, and then designed a solar system, including 2 Tesla Powerwall 3 batteries. One of our primary goals has been to deal with the erratic power outages from the grid, and we have moved seamlessly through the four power outages (two were for multiple hours) since our system was activated 4 months ago. We are pleased with our system so far and have recommended Cinnamon to two of our friends.

Professional and knowledgeable solar system installation. I installed a 13.4KW solar panel system with 2 Tesla Powerwall 3s plus a main panel upgrade. Some turnover on the team and some knock on work (roof leak cased by install) but they made good on all of it. Communicated well and system looks good so far.

Excellent installation of a mini split system. The system works very quick and efficiently using much less power than our AC downstairs. Cinnamon, its representatives, and installers are top quality. Very neat work.

I wish I could go negative on this review page. Two nights in a row now our power has been out. The website says they open at 8am, I call, and just end up leaving voicemail. You would think after the first night of failures they would call the next day or come by to check out their system. Really sorry I went with them.

I am updating my review as we are now a couple of weeks later and everything is working properly. It took them a week to get our issue resolved but they did resolve it.
