I advise people not to go with this company. We learned the hard way they are Frauds. They tell you your getting new windows through your house on top of the Solar panels and big solar Battery. But they put the Solar panels up alright. Then collected their Money in full and left.
they did not do the paper work with PG&E to connect us up. Pluss NO windows. Sad thing they split. So we are paying PG&E plus $500.00 a month to Mosaic solar financial group. So it looks like we are going to have to get an attorney now because we can not get the Solar done with PG&E. I give this Company a 0 We started this whole mess back in the end of Aug. Beginning of Sept.2023

We signed up with this company 5 months ago due to my family receiving our 1st true-up bill from PG&E when we decided to go solar in 2022. We received a flyer in the mail that said Home Improvement Upgrades PG&E Customers FINAL NOTICE it stated you can qualify for additional upgrades solar panels & total home battery to your our service. We didn’t think we would qualify for the program but we called anyway. The home inspector that came out to our home was named DJ very respectful as well as super knowledgeable about Solar and how the utility company works he answered all of our questions. He made it very easy for us to come up with a very comfortable and educated decision for us to add additional panels to our property and back-up battery.. As for the service could not complain when we first went solar it took 8 months to get turned on with PG&E it made us think we were getting the run around by the solar company when in-fact it was the county and PG&E causing problems. We really can’t complain it took 5 months to get turned on so we are really happy about that. Speaking only for ourselves S365 customer service has been the best experience we’ve had since going solar we won’t name the first company we used for our original panels however we will say that this experience thus far hands down is the best. Now knowing that this company does great work we will be recommending them to all our friends and family. We are very glad that there are reputable companies out there working with the State of California to make Solar and Battery ownership great for California homeowners..

Back in January I met with a representative of s365 to have panels installed on my home. When I sat down with the representative, we agreed that the work was to include installation of the solar panels, the installation of a new main panel, the all of the permitting and permissions needed for the work, etc. I took out a loan of $70,000 for this work.

Fast forward to today. I have panels on my roof that are not connected to anything. It's been this way for months. The rep told me that PG&E was backed up 9 months for appointments to come out for the main panel swap and he tried to sell me on a bunch of sub-panel work. When I called, PG&E told me that they only schedule out 30 days and that I needed to call very early in the day to ask for an appointment to have my best chance of getting one. I passed this info on to my rep. Quite some time passed and still nothing. I got back in contact with my rep and he told me that I SHOULD SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT! When I had a chance, I called them and set up an appointment for June 28. I told my rep and he confirmed that it would be taken care of. It is now July 12. My solar panels remain unconnected, my main panel is still not replaced, and I have yet to be given an explanation as to why. This company owes me for every penny PG&E has charged me since my panels were installed.

Project has not been completed , was started 11/06/23. They do not return calls back they completely ignore you. and Melissa does not return phone calls back. I’ve left numerous messages for her now they completely are ignoring me.. no one is answering or returning any calls. Oh, almost forgot I called PG&E 2/9/202024 and they had no paperwork on any solar panels going up on my house. Zero stars for S365. trying to figure out my next step how to get this project completed.

Signed up AUG 2023 they put the solar on my home, (is not on the Grid, no PTO from PG & E) and now missing in action. JOB IS NOT COMPLETED. They were also to install windows and nothing, I cant get a hold of anyone at S365. The lender they used Mosiac paid them out before the job was complete, now Im paying PG & E bill and a non completed solar and no windows installed bill monthly. Stay away from these two S365 and Mosiac!

Worse company ever they never call you back. Melissa Vasquez is horrible at returning calls and so is the owner Devory Darkins. I have also called my Solar Rep Blair Jones and he was great in the beginning and now I have been ghosted. It’s really upsetting that this process started the beginning of August 2023 and here we are 6 months later with solar that is not operational or correctly installed and I am paying for a over priced solar payment and PG&E. I will now need to be seeking legal assistance. This place is a scam it feels like so please do not use them. I have heard this has happened to other customers also. They deserve no stars for their review and customer service.

before I signed up with this company I checked the reviews and didn't like what I read. However, David really educated me and explained that I didn't need to worry. So I took his word. Things were a bit rocky because the city gave us the hardest time with permits but David kept communicating with me. Everything was completed as promised and I am no longer paying the ridiculous bill to PG&E. I did have another solar company before these guys and they were the worst I am grateful for David. I believe these guys really do care and want to do things the right way.
