I recently had solar panels installed by Lifestyle Solar, and I’m extremely happy with the experience. From start to finish, their expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness put me at ease. They took the time to walk me through every detail of the process, and after comparing quotes with other companies, Lifestyle Solar offered the best price. They handled the house inspection, permits, and scheduling inspections with ease.

The installation crew was friendly and efficient, completing the job quickly. I have 18 panels and 2 battery packs, and although there was a 1-2 days delay with energy production, they sent certified technicians to resolve the issue promptly. The techs also provided clear guidance on monitoring energy production, maintenance, and panel care.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend Lifestyle Solar for anyone looking to go solar.

My inverter has an issue that can't monitor the power production; I tried to call the SolarEdge, but they said it has to call the installer, which is Solarlife, and they want charge for it $300+ and told me to get hold of who we are paying for to see if they can pay them. I finally found this Lifestyle Solar, they positive take car of my questions and get me access for monitoring for free. This company is great and helpful.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt the need to warn others about their work. The initial customer service over the phone is great, but the crew sent out to work on the solar installation is careless. They are not considerate or careful with the work done at your home. My home is only a year old and they damaged my gutters when climbing on and off the roof. When I reported this damage to the worker, they took pictures but refused to provide me with the contact to their supervisor. I still have not received a call back to discuss the issue. I called Lifestyle Solar customer service to make a complaint and requested a call back from the supervisor, but still no call. I even emailed them directly with photos of the damage and still no response. I do not recommend this company. This is not how customers should be treated.

"I'm extremely frustrated with this lifestylesolar. They refuse to provide any information about purchasing my solar panels and seem intent on keeping the tax rebates for themselves. Their customer service is terrible, as they never return calls. This entire experience feels like a scam."

Lifestyle Support troubleshooted my inverter and Triceton tried very hard to find a slot where a Technician will be available to come and replace my inverter. Polo came as promised and he updated me with his findings. Both Triceton and Polo are easy to talk to and I felt that they both did their best to solve my problem. I don’t anticipate any more problems but shld there be anything else that comes up that needed attention; I am confident that they will be ready to help me. Both guys are assets of LifeStyle Support.

Anytime, I had a question regarding the solar, Samuel, our representative, would be very helpful and responsive via email. I'm happy with the service so far. Lifestyle Solar was the company our builder chose to install solar panels for our home. My experience with everyone in the company has been very pleasant thus far. Our solar inverter was broken and I called LifeStyle Solar customer service and got hold of Lydia and from there she helped me get a new one ordered out and got it in just a week. To show their commitment in providing quality service and helping customers the best they could, the owner himself, Larry, went to the house on a Sunday and replaced the inverter and made sure is working. I am so grateful for his prompt action and now we have peace of mind not to worry about getting high electricity bill. Job well done! Another happy customer right here.
