I am so blessed that you are there to help with my breathing. However I am a little upset that the last delivery person did not take the time to read the sign outside, next to my door which lets delivery personnel know that" i am hard of hearing so please ring door bell". Instead he called and was a little rude that i didn't answer when he knocked. I normally get a text saying they are delivering on that day so i try to make sure i watch for them but last delivery i hadn't gotten one so i was sleeping in from a bad night of very little sleep. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to your customers.

Thank you to Lincare, they were very professional, courteous, explained and outlined everything very nicely and was easily understood. I have been looking forward to trying CPAP and they put me at ease and I felt more comfortable about the process.

Caring and compassionate- Cynthia and all her staff are great and knowledgeable. Not only did they give my loved one what she needed, they were able to suggest other therapy to help her and she is breathing so much better now. Highly recommend

I am so grateful to Linacre! I have a limited airway and obstructive sleep apnea to the point I get daytime sleepiness. My doctor had sent out my order to different places and the other places would not help. Fast forward a year and a half later and I contacted Linacre and right away they were striving to help me. They were very communicative and gave me status updates. They had the machine prescribed in stock and were able to get me all set up in less than two weeks. I am now sleeping so much better and have more energy throughout the day. Thank you for such great customer service and the speedy service. 😊 Above and beyond service. 😊
