Last week 3 of your installers came round to fit a Fox battery to our solar array (you had previously fitted the array for us last summer - 18 panels across a south facing roof span, managed by 2 inverters and an additionl small consumer unit driven by our main unit)
I am writing to day to praise your installers: Not only did they do an excellent job, they were very professional and competent providing a first rate solution which is working well. They were also very polite, friendly and helpfully explained how the system and the FoxCloud app worked. Well done to them and to you as a local company

The installation team of Antonio , Kai and Ross were amazing, ensuring the installation was finished to the highest standards and took the time to fully demonstrate all aspects of the system. Exception service with competitive value:
Exceptional service (including responsive and accurate communication) was provided during the recent installation of solar panels and batteries at my residence. From the initial stages of scaffolding setup to the final installation and demonstration, every member of your team exhibited professionalism and dedication that truly exceeded my expectations. The solar panel installation team volunteered to replace some broken tiles and cemented the sides at no additional cost. The pricing was really competitive, offering a highly speced system with a Tesla battery. It was a truly satisfying experience, and I would recommend the team to anyone

We have just had 24 panels and a Tesla battery installed by Green Building Renewables and the service from start to finish has been excellent. The whole install was done in a few days, even though the weather was definitely against us! Office staff were excellent, and the panel installers and electricians were superb. All the work was undertaken with a very high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend these guys if you are thinking of installing a PV system. Thank you to everyone for your work.

I wanted to share my experience with Inspired Renewables as they were known March 2023.
We had our solar panels fitted in early April and were very happy with the team in the office and the installers. They were very personable, efficient and professional and quite willing to answer all my questions!
So far the system has been working well. The reason for delay in this review was waiting to get our electricity bought back by the grid. That has happened now and we are beginning to feel and understand the benefits of the solar panels.
One niggle which I didn't notice at the time - the black electricity cable runs down the front of our house and annoys me each time I see it!

Now the instillation of the Foxess Battery is complete it seems to be working well and we are pleased to have had it done, However I have two criticisms of the overall experience, firstly, the location of the battery, a proper survey done by yourselves would have shown that where we originally thought appropriate for the battery to be installed was not feasible, instead we were not aware of the problem until the day of instillation and then had to revisit where it could be installed before work could commence. Secondly because the work started late on the first day the actual installation was not completed until late on the second day and as a consequence the handover I felt was rather rushed, I have since tried on two occasions to get someone to talk me through the readings the system produces but I am still waiting.
Having said all that Inspired Renewables Ltd staff are always helpful and pleasant to do business with and would recommend them.
