I'm one of their customers, I'm located in Princeton, Texas. I hired this company to install my solar panels, and the installation was completed in November of last year. They have already received full payment for their services through the loan lender. However, I have been trying to reach them since the installation to address the next steps, as the process is not yet complete.

Specifically, I still need to finalize my interconnection agreement and receive the incentives promised in our agreement. Unfortunately, it seems the company has become unresponsive. My contact person has been ignoring my attempts to reach out, and I cannot contact the company directly—there appears to be no one on the other end.

I strongly advise against working with this company, as their behavior raises serious concerns about their legitimacy. Exercise caution before entering into any agreements with them.

Colton Smith and his install crew from OKC did my install this past week. They did an amazing job and were very respectful of my property. The install was done in one day. Colton has been available for text and phone calls even after the install. These guys are top notch. Anova is a great company to do business with.

Here is the caliber of work you can expect from Anova Home. Improper and unethical install practices. This particular customer’s system was never properly inspected and the paperwork was never turned in for over a year. Now I have the pleasure of giving the customer the bad news and taking out Anova’s trash. Look elsewhere for your solar needs.

Awesome company. Best customer service ever. I installed three 420W REC panels on my fifth wheel roof. Two people were required but assistance from Anova was helpful during the process. Delivery was quick and concise.

I would do business with Anova again. I would highly recommend Anova to anyone that asks.

The people they sent out to put in a new meter box and to update everything still can’t do it rite. They have been out here twice and my meter head is below the eve of my house and the main electrical line is rubbing on my gutters. And the wire the have from the meter to my breaker box is aluminum. And the covers to the junction boxes are not on correctly, on part is up against the house so they direct even try to notch any thing so they could close it up. Or just move the whole thing. And the sales people said if the electricity goes out at night that we would still have power but how is that with no batteries

I had a really amazing experience with these guys. They were super polite and I felt very respected and comfortable with them. They got my panels installed in a matter of a couple hours and got it done right, I myself used to work in solar and I know a good job in this business when i see one! Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in something solar related.

Awful solar company stay away from them, I’m owed money that I was told via email I would receive in the upcoming payroll, that was in July and I am yet to get another response since. Very shady business practices and they do their employees wrong. Terrible company.

It's been a couple of months since Josh/Eric of Anova were onsight troubleshooting, resolving and correcting the sloppy work of ADT (who installed our system). Anova took over the contract when ADT AR declared bankruptcy. It took a few days to get all the kinks worked out (68 panels, 4 batteries, and a generator) but they were determined to stay with it until everything was tested and working. After dealing with the abysmal ADT, Anova was wonderful. ADT installed the system but it never worked until after Anova was onsight. Thanks Guys!
