I understand they have there rules about refunding deposits. But when something comes up that is out of your control an they still refuse to refund your deposit that is just ridiculous. My child is already upset enough that she won't be able to attend because she has to have surgery. It's not like she had a choice in the matter. Its not like she could say hey body if i need surgery or anything be sure to do it before the dead line is up. I know she would rather be there than what she is fixing to have to go through. But because we didn't make there deadline for refunds we can't get our money back.
