A little out of the way and tucked into an industrial park near the airport, but way worth the drive. On both of my visits I received excellent help, professional advice, and friendly service. My order was delivered the very next day and the driver was just as great as the store personnel. All in all, an outstanding customer experience.

Steven was the guy I spoke with over the phone. Customer service was absolutely horrible and I did nothing to deserve such hostility when all I was requesting was more information regarding the product. I called back after he placed me on hold for 8min as he got his supervisor or manager until finally he just hung up. I called right back when there was an answer then the phone line hung up again in my face. I'm sure the company does great serving the community however, Steven IS NOT the best option as to who should represent the company.

Overpriced and customer service is almost non existent! Loader of cart Crete seems like your bothering him when you need assistance. Very unwelcoming and unhelpful. Go to Bedrock building materials instead. They have friendly staff and fast service.

They were very helpful in getting me underway for my flagstone patio. Told me what I needed in the right proportions. Loaded my truck with 1.5 yards of base, 1yard dg....and delivered the flagstone. They will mix concrete on site for. You too.

DO NOT USE - they have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff HOWEVER they have the WORST follow up and follow through EVER. I went to their yard and spent about 1 hour getting everything selected for my yard. David- one of the staff members came to my house to measure, and he was going to rework the estimate. About a week later I called the office and left a message and NEVER heard back from them. I finally went back to the yard and David had LOST all the paperwork and I had to start ALL OVER again . . . David PROMISED delivery this morning at 7AM, when I finally called at 8AM to find out if they were coming, he LIED to me and said they were stuck in traffic due to the schools . . when I asked him what time the truck left their yard, he said he'd get back to me. About a half hour later the DRIVER called to say he was on his way . . .as THEY hadn't left the yard yet . . .The driver said that the office shouldn't make promises . . blah blah blah . . .so needless to say I asked that the Owner Ken Hall give me a call. . . right after I cancelled my $3K order!

Everyone was just great. Let me pick and choose the exact rocks for my project, weighed them and loaded into my truck. Also: Dog friendly!
