Just a really great experience working with the shop. I had never printed my art onto a t-shirt before and Rachel was incredibly helpful in walking me through that process and making sure everything came out the way I wanted. What was promised and what was delivered, after 64 emails was a tremendous disappointment and not at all the approved design. Mind you this is after you tried to charge me an additional $160 for a mistake you should have caught before printing our entire campaign’s orders. Stipulate your precise requirements for a graphic *before* a campaign link is created and orders processed and don’t change them. Green Pea Press cost us 6 weeks we didn’t have not to mention the dollars it will take at another printer. You made promises you did not deliver on and you shipped without approval. This is the first one star review I have ever given and I don’t give it lightly. You knew that I was unsatisfied with this unprofessional experience, which is why you chose to ship without my approval. Whether you’re a small business or not, you earned this one star.

I cannot thank Green Pea Press enough for their customer service and for the help they gave me today. I called at lunch time needing a new shirt made for a visitation later that day.
