These guys were great, Ron took good care of us, cut us an awesome deal on a very nice 5th wheel. Matt in finance was fantastic to deal with. He kept it short, sweet, and to the point while still being enjoyable to deal with. No pressuring or sales tactics. Just showed us around and let us make our own decisions. Our tech was helpful on our walkthrough also. Took the time to investigate everything we had questions about. Nothing bad to say about these guys. Hopefully the service side is the same....fingers crossed.

Had a fantastic experience with Ron at Lazy Days. We didn’t intend to go into this dealership, but we had a couple hours one Saturday, so we stopped by. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team at Lazy Days for making my purchase so seamless and enjoyable. My salesperson, Ron, the delivery technician, Nolan, and Finance Manager, Jordan, were all exceptional! It truly was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this team to anyone in the market for an RV.

To give some context, last year I bought a travel trailer from another large RV dealer in Nashville, near Opryland, and thought I had a good experience. However, that trailer was unfortunately totaled in an accident, prompting me to find a replacement. After revisiting that dealership and narrowing my options to a few trailers across four different dealers, I ultimately decided on a Grand Design at Lazy Days in Murfreesboro. As anyone who has purchased an RV knows, this process can be quite arduous.

One thing you quickly learn is that salespeople will claim their products are the best and try to dissuade you from considering others. They often tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sale. I experienced this firsthand at the “other” dealership when I inquired about my vehicle’s towing capacity for a specific trailer. I was assured, “Absolutely, you’ll have no problems.” The reality was quite different. Always verify towing capacities yourself!

My choice of trailer led me to Lazy Days, and I was grateful for the difference in my experience. One glaring issue with the previous dealership was the sales tactics used in the finance office. Many large dealerships make substantial profits here, often presenting monthly payments that don’t account for added costs like warranties and gap insurance. While I believe in the value of warranties—especially for RVs—I found their offerings to be overpriced and lacking in quality. For example, they quoted me $4,700 for a three-year warranty on a $40,000 trailer, which was the worst deal I encountered.

Lazy Days was a refreshing change. Jordan from the finance team didn’t pressure me into additional purchases and respected my decision not to add extra warranties or gap insurance, which is crucial if you haven’t made a significant down payment.

One of the highlights of visiting Lazy Days was the ability to explore the lot without feeling rushed. Unlike the previous dealer, where everything was fenced off and shopping felt pressured, here I could browse at my own pace. Ron, my representative, approached me while I was looking around and encouraged me to reach out if I needed assistance. When I returned for a second visit, we toured the lot together, and Ron provided valuable insights on the models I was considering, helping me narrow my options down to two trailers. He confirmed that both were well within my towing capacity—something I independently verified as well.

On delivery day, I was warmly greeted at the dealership, offered refreshments, and Ron was prompt in assisting me. Nolan helped me hitch up the trailer and conducted a thorough final inspection, answering all my questions and demonstrating the operation of various systems. This attention to detail was a stark contrast to my previous experience, where I was rushed out after a brief overview.

Now, nearly two weeks after taking delivery of my Grand Design, I haven’t had a chance to camp yet, but I’ve been enjoying customizing it. I remain confident in my decision, as the quality of the Grand Design is far superior to many other trailers I considered.

Overall, I’m grateful I chose Lazy Days instead of sticking with my previous dealer. This experience was far more pleasant, and I felt satisfied at the end of the process. They offer an excellent product in Grand Design, which boasts a loyal customer base, with 80% of owners likely to buy another. When companies say their people make the difference, it’s absolutely true, and Lazy Days has the right team in place. I would not hesitate to purchase another RV from them in the future.

Just purchased my brand new Catalina a few days ago and really enjoyed working with Ron in sales, Jordan in finance and Jay in service. They literally walk you through each step, answer your questions, ask you if you have any more questions and had really great attitudes and made you feel extremely welcome there. I was really impressed by how well they all did their jobs. I can't wait to take my camper out this weekend and enjoy some solitude with nature.

Purchase experience was fine. I've bought 2 units with them but likely no more. The service experience is dreadful. It's hard to speak to anyone at the actual building because scheduling is done by off site people. The advisors change like underwear so nobody ever knew what was going on with my unit. I never got any updates on my unit unless I made the call. It took them months to fix a shower door under warranty. The worst is that they reduse to work with my schedule. They have a huge property and facility, but I have to take off work to bring it in Monday through friday with no evening hours and a location with the worst rushour traffic around. They wouldn't even allow me to drop off on a Saturday with acres of parking. I'd recommend maybe shopping service first.
