She did an excellent job organizing the timeline, starting with scheduling the roof work, followed by the solar installation, and concluding with the final inspection all of which went smoothly. I had my system installed by NRG clean power about 4 years ago now and the system is still working flawlessly. They beat all the other competitors' price and worked with me with my quote. The whole process was smooth.

Recently I had an issue with a slow roof leak and I reached out to NRG for some guidance (I'm not sure where the leak is coming from but I do know that there are panels above where the leak was). There was a slight miscommunication and frustration but big shoutout to Shelly, the manager of customer service for staying behind product and reputation. The leak was deemed not caused by the solar per inspection.
