I had a great experience with Five Star Restoration! A pipe broke and flooded downstairs requiring new floors and my insurance company put me in touch with Five Star. I decided this was a good opportunity to do a remodel of the whole house and I got bids from several contractors. Five Star gave me the best price for the entire project. Over four weeks, they completed painting the entire house, laminate floors throughout, new base boards and some tile work. Everyone coming into my home was pleasant and professional and the work was done beautifully! Any small issues (which are to be expected on a job this size) were resolved immediately and were inconsequential. Communication was great throughout and they were super respectful of my space as I was living at home while all of this was going on. The office staff were also super pleasant to work with! I will definitely hire them again in the future and it was a great experience overall.

We had a great experience with Five Star Restoration! We discovered the leak in our bathroom on a weekend, and they sent someone out that same day to pull up the wet floor and set up the dehumidifier. Steve was our project manager and we enjoyed working with him. He was helpful and a pleasure to work with, and he always responded right away when we had questions. We now have a beautiful new shower and bathroom floor, as well as new sink and countertop! I would definitely recommend Five Star Restoration, and we would contract with them again.

Tragic flood of my entire home 7/13/24. The contents were safely packed and stored until this day.All items were photographed, boxed and the items were listed in spreadsheets for easy access. Diego Sevilla, Alex Wright and Jesus Castellanos delivered my belongings carefully and respectfully. This crew was friendly and accommodating working around contractors that were finishing up at the house. I cannot thank Five Star Restoration enough. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs these types of services. Five star review for a Five Star company. Bravo!!!!

I’ll be honest… I put a screw into a pipe that caused a slow leak for 3 months into my kitchen. In my defense the builder secured said pipe to the stud I was attempting to drill into. so it’s not really my fault….

With that said Five Star did a great job. The quality of the work was great and we had very little issues. As with any job, hiccups arise. Five star was responsive and attentive to our needs. They worked with our budget and really helped us repair our kitchen to an even better kitchen than we had prior.

I have nothing negative to say about Five Star. They did a great job.

My wife was piiiiiiiised when I struck that pipe…. But she’s whistling a different tune now with that new dream kitchen!!!! Thanks Five Star!

I appreciated the professionalism of the crew from mold remediation to rebuild and everything in-between. The crew were respectful of my property, and would clean-up between days that were needed for drying, curing, etc.

From the first call to my insurance company one week ago I have been astounded with the quick action of Kustom Disaster Recovery and Restoration. I have a roof leak that came into my den after the big storm just before Christmas. Kustom had men out immediately. All of the people (and there were a lot) have been so professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. I am a senior with some health issues and all of these employees have been so helpful and understanding. They say what they will do… and DO what they said!! As asbestos was found, the hazmat people will be here today. I still have a way to go but I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I’ve received! I give a big shout out to all the wonderful people I’ve interacted with!!

Andrew, Adrian, and Ron did an awesome job with the remediation work in our new house! They were extremely communicative throughout the whole process too, I was extremely impressed. They were also able to expedite the job too - just in time for the holidays!!! I very highly recommend them!!!
