TBE is a role model for custom service! A service man named Cailob that works from Fulton office Internet div. is very professional and very courteous and respectful! I have never encountered a more inept group of individuals. Their lack of competence is amplified by the absence of viable alternatives in the market, leaving customers in the area with no alternative but to endure their services. It's imperative that they strive for improvement. What a joke!

Rude. They take forever to take your payment, even though they send you a confirmation saying it's paid already, then charge you $30 extra because THEY didn't take it on time. They are rude on the phones and in the office, like they can't stand to talk to their customers. When you call to report an outage (which frequently occurs), they act like you're an idiot and don't know if your own power is on or off, or they say "We know" and hang up. The only redeeming quality about this monopoly is that they have a balanced budget billing, which keeps my bill less than $350 a month. Before signing up to that my bills were frequently over $500. I live in a single wide trailer with no central air. I honestly don't know how it is so high, ever.

Paid my bills every month and received two bills in October. Thought it was a mistake until they cut my power off the next month and said that the one bill was never paid. When you pay a bill, you’re paying for the previous month, so November’s bill would be the one for October. They didn’t see an error and said there was nothing they could do. They have a monopoly in this region and what they say goes.

We have had numerous power outages and everyone has been either on Saturday or sunday and forget about trying to get a hold of someone to report it. So we just sit here with no power hopping they no about it. If we could go with anyone else I would change in a second. But out here in itawamba county we are screwed and they no it. They are horrible and if I could of gave less then a one I would of but then I wouldn't be able to tell you how horrible they are.

Everyone I have dealt with at TEPA have always been very nice and are able to answer all of my questions. Also in the cases of storms and power outages the service is usually restored promptly.

Very awful ppl ..very slow ppl..they do a credit check for power And the deposit is out of this world crazy..glad to be moving just because I wont have to deal with their smart mouths..the only one there that is nice is the older lady at the drop off window..im not writing this for spite my bills are paid and fine...just really..really awful people and service
