I purchased a SunPower PV system from Next Energy in 2009. 15 years later it is still going strong. The output has decayed over time, but not as much as the initial predictions, which is great. I have had no issues with the panels, the installation, or the core functions of the inverter. I think Next Energy made a good choice by installing the inverter in a relatively protected location that has prolonged its life. I recently consulted with Next Energy about some minor issues on the inverter and they provided helpful advice. Next energy installed a solar system at my house back in 2017. My system is still working flawlessly and I couldn't happier. They did everything from A to Z for me, from designing my solar system, getting the permit, approving me for financing and explaining all the benefits of solar to me. Next Energy installed our solar panels and inverter five or so years ago. I while ago I noticed one of the panels was reporting no energy production in the monitoring app. I reached out to Next Energy and Farzad quickly assessed the problem at a failed component, which they then replaced at no cost. The team replacing the component was great. Really great customer service!

Farzad Samari was fantastic, a real pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable. The solar panels that were installed are high-grade and function extremely well. Farzad helped me communicate with PG&E about my NEM status and with his guidance that worked out positively. Farzad coordinated well with the roofer, with whom he had never worked before. He also made sure that I got the tax filings correct concerning the rebates . I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in the project.
