Ive been on the Nubody Modern Weight Management program for 5 months now. Ive lost 40 pounds of fat in 5 months. Thats over 3.5 pounds of fat a week. I used to feel tired all the time. It has been about a year since I walked through the doors of NuBody and as I like to tell people I am literally a "small child" lighter having lost 85 lbs. in about 6 months. I loved and still enjoying the program. Ease to choose your food and stick with it. For me what really worked was that I only have to plan 2 meals. My body adapted easy with the fasting method and I felt great with more energy and staying on top of the rest of my daily chorus.
