This place is good for hook and drop trailers only not for live loads. If you go there to pick up live load there is no time limit when they will load you. FCFS or appointment means nothing to them. Live load truckers not allowed to park inside, they have to park outside in dirt lot by the side of road.
2 stars only for restroom that they allow drivers to use and scale on site. Security guard ladies very polite and helpful.
Poor management for shipping, they need to orders trucks when loads are ready. According to me minimum wait time at place is about 8 to 10 hrs. Owner operators avoid this place if you can.
Don’t want leave bad comments but no choice left after visiting to this place.

It was awesome place ! Checked in guard sack lady was nice and cool ! White lady somewhere from Oklahoma was really nice, beautiful & helpful ! I dint catch her name though ! Unloaded me in about an hour which was awesome ! 2 small truckstop in 3/4 miles radius which were almost empty all night !
Only issue was pet stuffs smelling all round building including whole dock area/parking outside and whole property!

I was there last night so the guard there she was women and she asked me for trailer wash I said I did just right now coming from wash station she asked me for the receipt of trailer wash I gave to her but aggressively she said that the fake she said you need to go our location to wash it and you can enter only when u have our wash station receipt it was time of 12 am mid night she wasted my 13 hours there and she disrespected me and my team driver she warned me that I will cancel your load if you stay here she shouted on me also I request to the pilgrims department please take care the drivers her name was wenddy I think she work as a guard at mid night old white women Thanku

Experienced one issue. Other than that issue, which was corrected well after I lost 48 miles, that I would like to be comp for... was pleasant. Got in quick and out within 3hrs....
