After much shopping around, I decided on Earthlight Technologies for my rooftop solar system. From start to finish the project went better than expected. Everything was done over a month ahead of schedule, and I was kept in the loop at every step of the way. All their employees were great to work with and the quality of workmanship was top notch. The #1 reason I went with Earthlight was that I believe they will still be in business 25 years from now to service my investment. Just completed a large installation with Earthlight on my home. We recently purchased and installed solar panels at our home using the services of Earthlight Solar and Energy Solutions. From the initial presentation of our options, through design and installation, coordination with our town's permitting process and National Grid meter change up, to activation of the system, and instruction on monitoring our system through the convenient app, Earthlight has been terrific. All of the employees we dealt with --from folks in the office to installers and technicians who came to our house-- were very knowledgable, responsive, prompt and friendly. We just received our first electric bill since our solar array and a-power battery was installed. The system was only in operation the last 15 days out of a 30 day billing cycle and we received a $37 credit from the utility company. It was a long road in getting our system up and running, but Earthlight was there every step of the way. After interviewing several solar installers, we felt Earthlight was the company for us. A multi generational family business looking towards the future. From our first meeting with the Earthlight solar energy analyst to our final witness test, Earthlight handled all the details involving permitting, engineering and installation. The communication was excellent and informative with emails and phone calls returned promptly.
