Sent me to collections without even sending me an invoice, bill, or notice. After calling them, I was informed I owed them money that PG&E did not bill for on behalf of Valley Clean Energy. VCE did not allow me to pay them directly, instead forcing me to go through collections. I am told to expect a massive drop in credit score.
