MS Solar installed my 26kw whole home generator system. The estimate was clear and once I approved the purchase my system was installed within two weeks. The installation took only 1 1/2 days, and that was due to inclement weather. Robert and Brenda from the sales team stayed in constant contact with me so I knew what to expect and when. The installation team did a great job. The installation was exceptional from the placement of the transfer switch and other breaker box, the wiring, gas lines, and the placement of the generator. The team was professional, courteous and answered my many questions so by the time they left, I had a good amount of knowledge and feel confident no shortcuts were taken. I highly recommend Generac and MS Solar.

Mississippi Solar installed a 24 kw Generac generator at my 2000 sq ft North Mississippi home. A week after I requested an estimate from the company a representative arrived at my home, discussed installation, and promptly provided me a quote. From the beginning to the end it was a professional job completed in one day. The installers arrived on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and took time to explain the details of the system at the end of the day. They did an excellent job of placing both the transfer switch and the generator in optimal locations. The electric and gas are located on opposite ends of the house so they had to run the power cable through the attic which was no small task considering the tight cramped working conditions. I highly recommend this company for installing Generac generators. They know their business.

Love my Generac installed by MS Solar, LLC. FIRST WEEK after installation I lost power. The peace of mind provided, knowing all I had to do was thank God, as everything was working as it should be. I had air, power, lights and internet ( meaning my rural telephone was working also)! Best decision ever and installation was quick and smooth. Everyone was courteous and professional. We didn’t used to have to worry about companies doing what they say, today is a different world, Not so with MS Solar LLC. They are the greatest!!!!

MS Solar put a 24kw Generac backup generator on my home in 2022 and they did an outstanding job. The installers were professional, efficient, and friendly. Over the past year, the generator's performance was flawless. I am particularly impressed with their handling of maintenance performance. I didn't have to hound them into getting a tech over here to perform the annual maintenance, they called me, scheduled, and performed the maintenance like clockwork.
