Josh was a great EV charger installer. He did many things many would consider above and beyond. For example. he took a few moments to vaccum out the leftover wallboard particles that someone else had left in my fuse box. He explained that 1) it doesn't look nice and 2) it's a HAZARD! I appreciate him doing that. Also, he listened to and took into account what I wanted regarding the charger installation site. He took the time to do a great job and was meticulous about his work. I was with him the whole time and he clearly knows what he's doing (he's a former teacher) and he clearly takes pride in his work. I hope all your employees are like Josh! Oh, and billing/setup with the EcoGreen back office was simple and easy. We got this who thing done in 2 days! Awesome!

Absolute regret ever working with this company. From the very start we were lied to. We needed a commercial permit for a condo/townhouse and they didn’t even have a commercial license to pull the permits. We didn’t find out until the job was finished. It failed the inspections due to the incorrect permits and we weren’t told until days after waiting on the inspector. The “CEO” continued to tell us he was taking the test for the commercial license and failed at every attempt. It took over EIGHT MONTHS to finally get the correct permits (from an independent licensed individual) and an inspection completed. Through all of this and in the year of having the unit three things have needed to be replaced. Going on two weeks now waiting for a part to fix an unknown location of a leak. If I had the choice to go back in time, I absolutely would never choose this company.

I found this company through Duke energy's website. I contacted them initially about insulation installation. I met with Alan, who promptly returned my call, and he was polite, competent, and professional. I added a tankless water heater system which he bundled with the attic insulation and gave me a very competitive price. I had great communication and schedule flexibility throughout my job. I want to especially thank the technician/plumber Alexis who spent half the day under my home. I am impressed with these men with whom I interacted and would recommend them to anyone considering this type of work.

First of all I just want to say my overall experience was wonderful from the initial service call inquiry with Judy to the on-site diagnosis from Danny, and the constant follow up from believe it or not- the owner himself, James Wilson!! I mean, if you want a more diligent and thorough, compassionate, professional and personable team-I wouldn't go anywhere else but to Eco green home services!

In North Carolina the temperatures have been over 80° consistently and our air conditioning was out over 2 weeks and we have a small child so urgency was vital!! So upon going through several unprofessional service technicians we were losing Faith in a trustworthy and reliable HVAC company. Our last Research through Thumbtack led us to finding EcoGreen services and that could not have been a better decision for our family.

I definitely feel that they went above and beyond and their concern was to provide not only cool air and comfort, but honest and dependable work To put our mind at ease LONG TERM. The owner insured that when we got off the phone after the initial scheduling that it would be completed the next day and he definitely kept that promise- as surprisingly a service team of 5 men including The salesman Danny showed up at my house to personally help handle and set up the initial install of our new air conditioning unit! All of the men and staff are very professional and in no way made me feel like another service call.

The new digital smart thermostat install was the icing on the cake!! And then to find out they provide more services in sign to HVAC- IT would be a a no-brainer to use them for your one stop shopping choice. I am also a home Baker and I hate that Danny had to leave early to perform an emergency install because he missed out on some homemade cookies that I provided to the installers just for their great service.! I can't thank this company enough for everything! Superb!!! Thanks for looking out for us Leos Mr. Wilson lol!!! Blessings. Todd is very knowledgeable and professional as well. Great staff

I used Eco green because we hired them for some minor electrical work and they did a phenomenal job. The electrician was competent, friendly and cleaned up after himself. the second time I hired them was for a plumber....Had them out twice for the same faucet repair. I still do not have good water pressure, they charged an extreme amount ($579.63) which I did not approve the cost or get an estimate prior to work being completed. Otherwise I would have used someone else. Now I can't even run a sprinkler due to the low water pressure, not sure what they did but it wasn't like that before they "fixed" it. Still doesn't work right... very disappointed
