My install started thanksgiving week and we are now in Feb and it’s still not done. I’ve been paying my payments every month with no working system and they are only on step 4/9!!! No one calls or emails updates , I have to chase them down and they tell me it may be 6 months. I really liked the sales guy but this service sucks! Now I wish I hadn’t done it.

True Power Solar always put their customers first. A couple weeks ago I called asking for a quote and they already got the permit approved for my new system! I highly recommend the salesperson Charlotte,she always reply me very fast! Comparing to my friend who got solar from another company and is having trouble with getting in touch with the solar company for the customer care after sale,I feel very comfortable with being taken good care of,I’m happy with my smart decision!!

My system was installed 1 year ago, and I’ve had a great experience with True Power. If I ever have any questions the sales rep Charlotte always is always patient to help me out! True Power is very trustworthy.I referred my friends to go solar with them and my friends are happy with them too.

If I can give no stars I would! I dont recommend this company at all!! We added an addition to our home & its been almost two years and still not complete! They keep sending different workers all the time half of them don't even know what they are doing. They promised you one thing and do completely different. Our kitchen, bathroom and one of our rooms gets completely wet when it rains. Isn't the roof supposed to be connected to the addition being added to the home? I'm no expert but would assume so if there is no space in between the home and new addition being added!?!? 😬😡

The installation of Solar system that TRUE POWER SOLAR did for us is ugly! They put power cords and some grey boxes all over our tile roof! And they place solar panels wherever they wanted without asking our permission to do such design. They destroyed the look of our nice home! Plus ( and it is really outrages) bill from Edison came twice higher than it was before we got this solar system.
What they HIDE from you is that after your solar is activated, Edison switches you from domestic price rate to TOU-D-A rate, that is about 5 times higher during "on peak" hours ( from 4 pm to 8 pm). No more TIER1, TIER2 prices.
For each kWh during "on Peak" you pay to Edison about 44 cents . But if you do not consume all produced by Solar energy - you will be reimbursed at the end of the month. Ha-HA!
The reimbursement rate is 2.5 - 3 cents for 1 kWh you send from your grid to Edison.
The main point of their sales representative was that WE WILL NEVER pay TIER2 prices and
our bill from Edison will be only a small portion of our bill before solar installation.
If this information would be openly disclosed to us before we signed the contract, we would never agreed on having it. Now we will need to fight with them to remove this UGLY, COSTLY solar from our roof.
I was trying to contact their manager - ADMAN LEE., but he never returned my call.
We are very unhappy!

Horrible. Would not recommend to anyone. Consultant Melissa was flirty and I do not approve. Hire more professional women ! Melissa was giving the roundabout and it was aggravating . Even more so to see her try to flirt with my husband. She must do this to Every man she encounters. She does this to get her way and her sales. It did not work. We will not be getting Solar through you guys.
