My experience with Better Earth started back in 2022 but at that time I was not ready for the change and cost of taking on solar panels. I was very thrilled when Jacob and Stefano came back to my house 2 years later in January 2024. In the past I would have had to take out a loan to go solar but with the new options they had it made a lot more sense to me.

It took a little over a month to get the panels installed. My utility company has denied the solar application but better earth quickly made e adjustments needed to get it approved. They were very flexible with me on the pricing and creating a solution that worked for me.

The crew that came to my house was very professional, especially Andy and Jose. They didn’t subcontract any of the work and I could tell the guys knew what they were doing!

I’ve heard horror stories about people going solar and not have a good experience but Better Earth was the complete opposite. Every step of the way they kept me informed on what was going on and I could call anytime of the day and get a quick answer.

As someone who had been skeptical of solar for the longest time I can proudly say that I will tell everyone they must go solar and definitely with Better Earth!

A representative of a company installing solar panels ( Better Hearth Solar) in our neighborhood knocked on our door, and my husband and I decided to hear their proposal. The negotiations and project planning for our home were handled with minimal pressure from the company but with great attention to detail. After two years of completely trouble-free operation, we discovered a roof leak related to the solar installation. I contacted their customer service, including the agent we worked with two years ago. They responded within 24 hours and resolved the issue within a week, including an inspection, roof repairs, and repainting the affected wall and ceiling. Hunter and the Better Earth team did a fantastic job of getting a partial re-reroof and installation done. I had to delay the project by six months but Hunter picked things up and did an amazing job of coordinating the roofing, solar installation and inspections while keeping me in the loop. Would strongly recommend the Better Earth team for their professionalism. Will post an update after we have passed inspections on how things are going with the system.

I had responded to a Facebook ad to inquire about solar energy and within hours had every solar company in a 50 mile radius call me to set up an appointment for a sales presentation. Don't do that. Anyways one of the companies was Better Earth; they sent Jacob to give the presentation. He was professional, clear and concise about how Better Earth does solar panel systems. The type of panels used, production capacity and thermal imaging to ensure the arrangement would completely cover our current electric usage. The financing options were fully explained and have been exactly as promised. I have only paid Duke the connection fee (cancel budget billing) and Better Earth the loan payment. The installation went very smoothly with a one day install that was professional without any problems. The system is operating exactly as detailed in the presentation. Jacob has ben completely transparent throughout the process and accessible for calls or text to address any issue with a solution or answer any question with an honest answer. I would recommend Better Earth for your solar project.

Mr and my boyfriend are so pleased with the customer service we received with Better Earth Solar. We were offered solar panels from a previous company , which offered less panels. But Jacob and Lennon came by And talked to us and we’re able to offer us more panels for the same price. They were super professional, but at the same time, built a relationship with us. They informed us with every update and detail that was going on. Whenever we had a question, we felt comfortable asking any question we had. They would give us a reply right way. When installation time came around, the guys who installed were super nice and super quick! With Better Earth Solar I feel like we not only got a good deal, but we made new friends. Then with how they treat and compensate their employees.

Please be advised that I would personally get services elsewhere. The employees are great people and work very hard.

You will pay +$10,000 more vs titan solar, tesla etc

Please ask as many questions when getting anything installed on your roof.
