Absolutely do not do business with them. They over charged us by doubling our bill! Instead of 400$ (winter) they are making us pay 800$! We used less energy this January than last January but our bill is 2x! The only help they offered was a payment plan and a 100$ rebate. We’re environmentalists but they are thieves. They’ll initially give you a good rate but after 6-12 months they’ll increase the rate with only one email as a warning!!

I want to help save our planet. I know it's more expensive, but it's my choice. It would be closer to what I had before but Ohio Edison , charges more now than last year to use their lines. I get calls a lot about changing suppliers, they act like I'm a little off because , I tell them it's my choice to pay a little more and I don't want to switch. I'm happy having you as my supplier of clean energy.

Appreciated having a clean energy choice at a good price when we lived in Maryland.

Unfortunately, they continued to bill me after my move out of state even though I did inform electric company to stop service and even had several attempts by email, then by phone, to inform Inspire that we no longer needed their service at our MD address.

I have been financially struggling. When it came time to renew I researched what I was looking for in an energy company. I chose Inspire Clean Energy. When I got my bill I thought it was wrong. I saved so much money. What a blessing.

Customer service was very helpful answering questions. Contract was extended for an additional 4 months which I am not complaining about because the price is very good but I wish Inspire would have contacted me to advise me of the contract extension.

not sure who is worse ... Inspire Clean Energy or National Grid both their phone support teams are awful. I have been attempting to switch back to my service to Inspire from National Grid for over a year with nothing to show for it. Each time its "so sorry, let me look into it" ... just amazing

I always pay my bill and don't question the total very much due to the fact that I know nothing about energy. I recently received a check back because I was overcharged and inspire caught the problem for me and refunded me the difference. Makes me know i can trust my energy provider
