I gave y'all 5 stars before but I take it back, I have all my bills from the time I started service with y'all and it's sad this year my light bill hasn't been under 300 dollars. Stop charging the residents outrageous prices for power, take my April Bill every year in April my bill ranges 150 to 180. So my current April Bill is 338.00 definitely not a normal April bill.

They tell you on their voice message they’re open certain days and certain hours. You go to pay the bill and no one is there. A wasted trip with gas prices this high. The reason I have to drive in to pay is because I just received bill to late to mail it in without late payment charges!

I had a water leak and there was an additional 2900 gallons of water used , but the leak wasn't obvious to me until I received my bill. The bill was only $51 dollars , I paid $40 last week, and this week I received a letter telling me that I owe $41 additional dollars due to the fact that they sent a reminder of the balance. Wow , and they call extortion a criminal offense, what about this. I work from 6 am until 4:30 pm , and they are closed when I get off , I really don't feel comfortable leaving my payment in that overnight box.

They turn my power off two months in a row while knowi g Iam disabled. they knocked on my disabled neighbors door to get her payment I also am disabled they have never knocked on my door they only cut my power off charge me an extra $55 fee which leaves me short on groceries and they tried to tell me they charge my neighbor 20 extra dollars to pick her money up that is a lie and that is also discrimination if they're going to cut off one person's power they should cut off everybody's. They didn't charge her no extra fee today they flatly knocked on her door and took her money and the manager at rest will try to tell me they charge her an extra $20 . I got paid Saturday my power was cut off 10:30 Monday they didn't even give me time to get up there to pay. They are only taking advantage of the poor and those on disability. they should know when you draw $700 a month you cannot save a hundred extra to pay next month's power bill with before it goes over. They will pay for this one day the Bible plainly states do not take advantage of the poor. I will be talkin to a discrimination attorney about this. Kim McCalpin PS first time they cut it off I was in the hospital with a brain bleed and a broken. I cannot get over the manager of Franklin County in Russellville lying and telling me my neighbor is paying a $20 extra fee for them to come pick up her they came and picked up mine last month I was not charged a $20 extra fee either.

This place is a joke. I had utlities turned on in 2017 then moved and turned to get utlities turned on again in 2022. Only to be told that I somehow owe 106 dollars from 2010. Though never told me when i turned on utlties in 2017. They are just money hungry. Even the ladies who work there arent nice they only care about money.

The most rude, angry, unpleasant drive through staff! Formally reported. I don't care how much a person hates their job, you never treat customers especially those with special needs, with anything but dignity.
