I am a customer of Green Home Systems. If you are considering this company READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN!
They installed panels on my home in 2023. My entire experience with them was absolutely garbage. I am posting this to protect the public from making the same mistake in placing trust in this awful company. They have pushy sales representatives that will tell you that the loan they will set you up with is transferrable to new owners if you were to ever sell your house (that is false, they set me up with a lender that did not allow assumptions/transfer). Project managers through the installation are non-existent(I went through 3 of them in 4 months for an install that was supposed to take 3-4 days). The installer pulled off my job due to non payment from previous installations with GHS. They finally returned to finish 2 weeks before being in breach of contract. And finally, when I brought my loan transfer issue to Green Home's attention, their CEO was the only individual that could do anything on my behalf. He did nothing and wouldn't return any of my calls. Noah Rotenberg is as rotten as his last name, and the entire Green Home Systems business model and sales pitch is a bait and switch. Steer clear and do not entertain their lies! If negative stars was an option, that would be my rating.

Green home Systems is awesome! They have great warranty and service on their systems. I have been really happy with my system since 2019. They are a one stop shop for all your solar needs. You don't have to call around they do all the heavy lifting. Since my first call back in 2019 Ian Pasternack was my sales manager and all I ever had to do was speak to him and he took care of everything from the system installation to any repairs I've needed. I've saved so much money on my electric bill over the years.

Just had my system done a few months ago. My bill used to be like 90- 100 got my first bill after system installation and it was for $9. What I don't like is there was a promotion where I am suppose to receive a $1000.00 check and I have not. I have reached out several times and have not got a response. I did everything asked of me through whole process in a timely manner and would like them to hold up there end of the deal and send me the check

Everyone at Green Home Systems has been wonderful. They had all the answers when a question was raised. They were very informative regarding the tax incentives, benefits, and Financial. We can't wait for the install. We already reviewed the design and spoke with the engineering team.

I am very pleased so far with my panels. I only was worried about snowfall at first, but I did buy a rubber squeggee that cleans them off safely (altough was just new owner worries) Great addition to my home.

The process to purchase solar panels came easily as my electric bill almost reached $700/month at one point so I had to take action to lower my costs. The planning process wasn't always perfect as my original project manager left the company halfway through the project, however, the job was completed with a slight delay and wasn't too much of a hassle. The panels are organized well on the roof and the wiring and boxes on the outside of the house look clean. I had a new electric panel installed and that is now setup nice and neat compared to what it looked like with the old panel. Now that everything is up and running, I have seen a dramatic decrease in my electric bill and the cost has gone down to $150-250/month compared to $500-700. Extremely satisfied with this outcome and would highly recommend other homeowners to purchase them as well.

I'm supposed to be saving money & my most recent bill was almost $900 plus $200 for panel payment. My bill prior to the panel install was $260. I am supposed to be saving $60 a month for electric & panel repayment. I should be paying $200 a month. Customer service reached out was supposed to call the next day at 1pm so we could call the electric company. They did not call until week later. When I talked to them again I stated that I freed up my time for this call and that is was not OK to blow it off for a week. We set up a call for 11am the next day which he promisedwould happen, here we are 2 days later with no call. Funny how they comment on all the positives reviews but not the negative ones. At this time I feel going solar, especially with this company was a huge mistake.

They are a terrible company. Do not give them any of you money. I paid for a 5g upgrade in November. They told me there have been delays every time. I have been trying to get a refund now calling emailing every other day for a month. Nothing no contact no support. This is a awful awful company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Only reason there are good reviews here is because they offer a 50 dollar gift card if you give them reviews on couple different platforms. Don't be fooled
