I am an accomplished concert pianist and composer. I am a vietnam veteran. I have been practicing Buddhism for over thirty years. I am an escapee from growing up in New Jersey, a Jewish Boy and I am also arrogantly direct and truthful and it surpassed the "rough love". Why do I write this? I am also willing to tell the truth about myself and show up either in your face or giving you the shirt off my back. I am the person that people see and it is what you get from me.
The Better Business Bureau has shown me that they do not do what they say they will in the minimum relationship with me when I signed up. There is nothing that the BBB offers regarding doing anything for a business owner other than giving them a rating. Look at all the reviews!
They are almost as bad as organized religion.
" I have an A+ with the BBB!" meaning? please?
I filed a complaint against Griffith automotive repair two years ago which had an A+ rating and they did not answer it. I wonder why they did not answer it but the BBB took no action except to say that their rating is under review which is what it has said for two years now. REALLY!
I have just taken this past time writing this review because I have a conscience. The BBB is just not what it claims to be but it used to!

My family has an older home built in the 70's and recently had an extensive floor and remodeling project that looked quite daunting. Through our insurance company we became acquainted with JVG Enterprises who handled all of the drywall and some of the doors that were being replaced as well. Our house quickly went from being a troubling eyesore to one of pristine beauty! Rick Gandara and his assistant Gabriel, were beyond incredible showing amazing talent. They were both very professional and easy to be around, we did not feel awkward. We found out Rick has 40 years experience and it was clearly evident in the efficiency and results that we saw. It was as if we had magicians at work, we couldn't have been more impressed and feel like our home jumped into the future! Such beautiful work made us so grateful and in awe. We are beyond delighted with the results and feel very fortunate to have Rick and Gabriel as a future resource if we have more projects either in our home or our extended families. Was told by others in their area, they are not very reputable but I gave them a chance.

At first everything seemed to go smoothly and they were very friendly to work with. Little did I know, they were not as honest as they seemed and I did not have a good experience with them either.

What I was offered and what I was sold were two different things and important information was not disclosed by the sales team about a used boats maintenance and engine rebuild that they had done by another company a few months prior to my purchase. Also they neglected to inform me of at the time of purchase even after asking previously. They didn't even offer me an extended warranty. Had they done their due diligence, I would have maybe reconsidered my purchase and certainly paid for an extended warranty if I had know the engine was not original to the boat after they had paid for the rebuild. The reason for the first rebuild, I was told by a reputable source, the motor had blown on them during a test run. The company adamantly stated that they were not at fault in any way nor had done anything wrong and refused to pay for any or all of the $3,000 second engine rebuild, which I had to pay for in November of 2023 for me to have a usable boat.

Don't bother with the BBB they are bought out I have caught business wilfully, knowingly stealing from their own clients and BBB doesn't give a damn their sole mission is money, and in this they are as bad as the business that has been stealing from me . Storage King is criminal AT&T, Verizon have nothing to do with them they are all Nazis and Communists

Whatever you do, do not sign up for this bogus organization. I did, then regretted it. I cancelled and they kept taking the monthly dues out of my bank account despite the fact they acknowledged that I no longer had an account. Part of this was my fault as I didn't pick up straight away that, despite the agreement to cancel, they kept taking money and wouldn't give me a refund. Apart from the fact that they do not provide any sort of benefit, they are dishonest in the way they run their organization.
SO STAY AWAY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
If you have any doubts check out their other 1 star reviews. They have a familiar pattern of dishonesty. Too many to be accidental.

I had been a member to support my massage therapy business. During the 2 years of membership, not a single review my clients wrote ever showed on the BBBs website so I cancelled the service more than 2 years ago. Now suddenly, 2 years later, they are debitting my credit card (which had expired so they simply guessed the new expiration date and started debitting my account again. If you call NO ONE answers phones, and when they call back and leave a message, they don't address the wrongful actions, don't apologize and don't return my money. I'm ready to close the credit card because this is 2 months in a row. Questionable business practices.
