They cold called my father , visited him and persuaded him to install another battery costing thousands. He doesn't need 13kw of batteries. Also didn't give him the 14 day to change his mind they got him to sign paperwork to say they could do it quicker. The battery is just leaning against the one already there not even fixed. Have emailed them and no response, have called 3 times and keep getting told a manager will call but 3 weeks since I 1st spoke to them I've heard nothing.
My dad is on the ofcom no call list (not sure of official title) so shouldn't have even been called. Totally awful company from my experience

The quality of the products might be good but the installation and the service is dire. The company might pride itself on customer satisfaction but if anything goes wrong then you have a problem. I have needed to have an expensive service level agreement with them to maintain and repair my system. This SLA has no Agreement on terms. The call out time is very poor at a couple of weeks and the contractors are rude and even then the quality of work is very poor. Sales try hard but there is not enough backup in the company.

I wish I had read these comments before my Mother (87yo) committed to having ANY work done with these sheisters. Originally they assessed the solar panels which were only working at 60% efficiency. Suddenly mum was been persuaded that her inverter was on last legs and possibly dangerous and that she would benefit from new one and, while about it a battery too! Within no time at all 'John' the salesman arrived in his jag and convinced mum that she needed a second battery which she duly bought. Also, and I see a pattern with other dissatisfied customers, the breakage of roof tiles while 'cleaning' solar panels. Yes, they arranged for repair but not before torrential rain has leaked onto a flat roof and under the felt. I have managed to find list prices for the batteries and inverter and a VERY healthy profit has been made by TGP. I was concerned about the set up in the loft because I found an earth wire amongst the paperwork from TGP. I checked batteries in loft and could see that the batteries are resting directly in contact with chipboard flooring as well as seeing where I think the earth wire should be. Also, mum was telling me that the "young man" who removed old inverter asked mum if she was going to sell it because it was in good working order! (Apparently worth about £1000!) whats happening to these old inverters I wonder!!!!!!
So, I contacted one of the names listed at companies house and have asked a series of questions and for actions to occur. I asked for an itemised invoice but the response was that "our system is not set up to do this"! Strange hey! Also, I asked for the batteries to be raised off the loft floor because I believe it presents a fire risk being in direct contact with wood plus I have asked about whether the earth wire should be connected somewhere!!!' I also asked how they assess the vulnerability of pissible customers...... apparently staff are trained but no response clearly answered my question about what training they receive. I asked also why they do not insist on NOT talking to older person on their own, they should request the presence of s family member or a Power of Attorney to be on hand.
TGP have lots and lots of accreditation stamps from various industry bodies, I really wonder whether they are worth the paper they have been printed on. (Or whether they should actually be there!).
Response to this was that "we are closing your complaint"!!!!! Utter waste of time. Only course of action now is through Consumer Credit Act I think.
Mum is no fool but she is easily confused by technical information and relies heavily on honest traders.
We still haven't seen any report about the efficiency of the solar panels, we have some fancy app which allegedly shows how the system is working.
Sheisters!

I had work carried out by this company earlier this year, this consisted of fitting a new Inverter and two storage batteries. The work was undertaken quickly and appeared to be OK. several days later I noticed a crack in a mirror inside the house, closer examination revealed that the installers had drilled through the wall cracking the mirror. I contacted TGP who asked for pictures so i sent some. I was told the matter had been passed on for consideration. Some days later I happened to look up and saw several ridge tiles had been broken on the roof with the solar panels attached, as the only work that had been done in the area was when the installers had reluctantly cleaned the panels. I contacted TGP and informed them of the damage, as I had a representative of the company visiting me I also showed him the roof. He took pictures and promised to pass the information on.
I have received the cost of the mirror but have heard nothing back about my roof. As the winter is now on its way I have been forced to have a qualified roofer to replace all the ridge tiles. Still no response from TGP.
I am not pleased.

They took an £8k cheque from my 78yo mother-in-law before I stopped them for batteries she didn’t want, didn’t need and couldn’t afford. I asked them what their vulnerability checks are. The salesman/scammer said ‘she said she was fine’. Absolute scum bags. Reporting to Trading Standards.

Good customer service and expertise. We've used Think Green to completely convert a house which had an old gas boiler to an air source heat pump and solar panel system. Their price is fair and the company are happy to tailor to specific requirements.
I had to knock half a star off due to some delays however this was during a pandemic, bank holiday weekend and a week of Brexit related delays.
I think the company genuinely want happy customers as their main priority which is the right way to go. I would recommend using them.

I was contacted by Think Green Partners who offered a check on my inverter, which showed it was not producing as it should, I decided after discussing their product with the representatives to go ahead and have a new one fitted ,I am very pleased with the new inverter, and can now monitor what's being produced, all the representatives I dealt with were very professional and helpful. I have had no problems, and would recommend them.

We had Think Green Partners persuade us to install SolarEdge to our panels after 2 previous companies had gone bust so we were dubious. However, they have proved to be true to their word and we have had great results from the system.
I must compliment all the staff who have been involved but especially Preet who with patience and understanding resolved a problem we had with the monitoring process after we had a new wifi router installed. I was really, really impressed with this young lady and the way she talked me through what had to be done.

I would have no problem recommending this company in an environment with so many companies.
